Every awning, patio roof and carport we build is manufactured to the specific property, so the first step is always understanding the site rather than quoting from a catalogue. Sending a few details up front means the first reply can be useful instead of a request for more information.

What to send for a faster, more accurate response

• The property address or suburb, so we can confirm the area is one we cover
• Photographs of the whole area, taken far enough back to show the wall or roofline we would fix to
• Approximate width and projection — rough figures are fine, we confirm them on site
• Which product you have in mind, or simply what the space needs to do
• Whether the property is in an estate, complex or sectional title scheme with approval requirements

WhatsApp is the quickest way to send photographs and get an initial view on whether a project is feasible. Email suits detailed briefs, drawings and estate documentation. Phone is best when you want to talk a design option through. All three reach the same team.

Do you charge for a site assessment?

Dan-Neil's teams install throughout South Africa. Any charge or travel requirement for an assessment depends on the exact location, project scope and scheduling, so it is confirmed before a visit is arranged.
